Here are three of the most common scenarios:
1.Immediate awareness and transformationSome people instantly recognize the changes during the session. Not only do they clearly see the root of their problems and, together with me, transform the unconscious beliefs that were blocking their goals, but they also experience an immediate shift in their inner
2.
Gradual realization after the sessionOthers become aware of the source of their limiting beliefs or behavioral patterns during hypnosis, but the noticeable changes come later. Each person processes information at their own pace, depending on the amount of work done during the session.
For example, a man who sought therapy for a fear of public speaking might suddenly realize that he no longer experiences tremors, excessive sweating, or other symptoms that used to hinder him. However, he only becomes aware of this after successfully completing his speech.
3.
Subtle transformation noticed by others firstSome people don’t consciously feel any changes at first—until someone around them points it out. They might hear something like, “You looked incredibly calm, confident, and natural on stage today—more than ever before!”
- In these cases, the transformation of beliefs happens so seamlessly that the person doesn’t notice it, just as they didn’t consciously notice when those limiting beliefs were formed in the first place.
